The first 10 years of my life were lived in Auckland before mum moved us home to nans up at Te Ngaere - on the cusp of Herekino gorge. As a child and as an adult, Te Oneroa aa Tohe plays a big part in our - my children & parents lives. It's not only a stunning piece of paradise to swim in, it is a main food supplier and sacred place of healing!

I'm eager to know what the plan is moving forward and how I can contribute to uplift and maintain the well-being of our home, Te Oneroa aa Tohe for the current generation and those yet to come.
