23 years as the Environmental Coordinator for Te Rūnanga O Te Rarawa. In that role I was providing support, first for the Ahipara Komiti Kaitiaki when that was first founded and then continued this support when it became the Ahipara Takiwā. Liaised with DOC on issues that occurred on Te Oneroa-a-Tōhe, including whale strandings.
